NOVEL PLANAR SMALL ELECTRODE SENSOR FOR SKIN IMPEDENCE AND SYSTEM USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A new miniature electrode sensor for measuring skin impedance and a skin impedance measuring system for the same are provided to obtain the high reliability and accuracy with respect to a research or study of a biological active point of a human body skin and measurement data of a high resolution with low costs due to a simple configuration. CONSTITUTION: A new miniature electrode sensor for measuring skin impedance comprises a semiconductor substrate, an insulating layer, and an electrode couple. The insulating layer is formed on the upper part of the substrate. The electrode couple is a reference electrode(E2) and a measurement electrode. A bonding layer is formed between the insulating layer and electrode couple. The electrode couples are arranged in a circle circumference having a constant radius from a central point.
