PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of a mounting position of a thermister on a substrate and enhance the sticking strength of the thermister to the substrate by improving the discriminability of conductive adhesive agents on wire conductors. SOLUTION: This heater device is equipped with a pair of conductive adhesive agents 18, 19 applied to wire conductors 15a, 15b, respectively, so that at least part thereof extend onto a backside 11b of a substrate, and a thermister 17 having a pair of electrodes electrically connected to the respective wire conductors by being stuck thereto with the respective conductive adhesive agents and a temperature sensing part disposed opposite to the substrate and responding to the temperature of the substrate.
