PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent floor face from being cracked or deformed caused by drying up by comparing a detected room temperature with a decision level thereof when a hot water temperature is set and varying the hot water set temperature based on the comparison results and the air supply volume of an air supply fan. SOLUTION: When a room temperature t detected by a thermistor 3 is t<α, hot water set temperature is set at 80 deg.C, for example. When the room temperature t<=β(α<β), a decision is made whether the air supply fan 9 in an indoor unit 8 is supplying air forcibly or not. The air supply volume is set according to the relation between the room temperature and the temperature set by a room temperature setting switch 14. Air is supplied forcibly if the room temperature is lower than a set level by 1 deg.C. When the air is supplied forcibly, the hot water temperature is set at an intermediate level of 70 deg.C, for example, and a decision is made whether the air supply fan 9 is supplying air forcibly or not if the room temperature t>β. The hot water temperature is set at a low level of 60 deg.C, for example, if the air is supplied forcibly.
