PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission system of an apartment house, which can easily transit information, especially, handwritten information in respective houses, on the information transmission system of the apartment house having plural houses. SOLUTION: House terminals 3 in the respective houses of a multiple dwelling where plural houses 2 are assembled with call functions and a call line L1 connecting the respective house terminals are installed. The house terminal 3 has an input means 32 inputting handwritten information transmitted to the house terminal of the other house, and a communication means 31 transmitting handwritten information to the house terminal of the other houses designated by the input means through the communication line 1, and a display means 33 displaying handwritten information from the house terminal of the other houses, which is received by the communication means through the communication line.
