PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom ventilator and drier which permits improvement of the efficiency of heat exchange for warming air in a heater and attainment of miniaturization and which can dry a matter to be dried or warm a bathroom efficiently. SOLUTION: A bathroom ventilator-drier has a constitution wherein a heater 10 emitting heat of radiation to the bathroom side is provided in an outlet 6 provided in the lengthwise direction adjacently to a ventilation fan 8 and a circulation fan 9 provided in the main body 7 and wherein a discharge opening 11 making a let-out flow of the circulation fan 9 discharged obliquely into the outlet 6, to the circulation fan 9 side from the central position of the heater 10, is provided so that circulating air is so sent as to flow through the whole of the heater 10 practically. According to this constitution, it is possible to improve the efficiency of heat exchange for warming air in the heater and to attain miniaturization.
