PURPOSE: An audio signal output distributing apparatus of an audio equipment is provided to adjust a volume of an audio signal appropriately according to a seat position of an audience. CONSTITUTION: An audio signal output distributing apparatus of an audio equipment comprises a key input section(200) which divides a position of an audience into at least two or more positions to input a position of an audience. A center speaker(202) is attached at an audio equipment, and a left main speaker(204) is prepared at a left side of the audio equipment and a front part of an audience, respectively. A right main speaker(206) is prepared at a right side of the audio equipment and a front part of the audience, respectively. A left sub speaker(208) is prepared at a left side of the audio equipment and a rear part of the audience, respectively. A right sub speaker(210) is prepared at a right side of the audio equipment and a rear part of an audience, respectively. An audio driving section(212) adjusts a volume of an audio signal according to a volume control signal(Cs) to drive the speakers(202-210). A storage section(214) stores a weight of each speaker(202-210) according to a position of the audience. A control part(216) receives an audience position key applied from the key input section(200), and reads a corresponding weight stored in the storage section(214) according to the applied audience position key to output the volume control signal(Cs) to the audio driving section(212).
