PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a user to utilize a data in a wide range while protecting a copyright of the distributed data by deciphering and outputting the data when data deciphering information read from user information of a recording medium where a ciphered data is recorded, corresponds to a data deciphering information read from a data deciphering information storage means. SOLUTION: The reproducing system has a de-scrambled ID memory 33 to store a de-scrambled ID in a rewritable form. A user registers a de-scrambled ID corresponding to own scrambled ID in the de-scrambled ID memory 33 from a user operating part 31 beforehand. The reproducing device 3 reads a data from a recording medium 5 by a data reading part 32, and executes de- scrambling processing when the de-scrambled ID registered in the de-scrambled ID memory 33 of the de-scrambling part coincides with the de-scrambled ID embedded in the data. |
