PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize/execute early a required command without lowering the recognition rate of the command. SOLUTION: Relating to a voice recognition controller that the command has a hierarchical structure, the same commands are registered beforehand repeatedly to a high-order stage and a low-order stage, and when the command of the high-order stage between the repeated commands is recognized (S150-S170), the command of the low-order stage is set as an execution command to be executed (S190-S210). By registering the command to belong substantially to the low-order stage to its stage and the high-order stage, the command is executed in the high-order stage without going underground to the low-order stage of the hierarchical structure. Further, since the hierarchical structure is adopted, the recognition rate of the command is kept higher than that of the device listing the commands parallel without adopting the hierarchical structure.
