PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device furnished with excellent thermal efficiency, surely performing fixation with minimized electric power by uniformly sending wind to a respective plane shape heater by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This fixing device is allowed to divide wind from a blower 6 by a second guide member 7b, to make one hand of wind straight advanced along a top wall on a cover 7a, and to let the other hand of wind blowing on a part of the plane shape heater 5. Next, the wind straight blowing is sent so as to become uniform on a part of the plural plane shape heaters by effect of plural first guide members 7a. Moreover, the device is allowed to send the wind toward section on the plane shape heater 5 in receiving the wind allowed to pass through the ventilate wind passing ports 14a and 14b formed on the first guide member 7a by the third guide member 7c.
