PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time until a filament reaches equilibrium state and to improve analysis efficiency by covering TCD(thermal conductivity detector) cell and a heat-retaining block with a heat insulating material, and surrounding the outside of the heat insulating material with a cover fitted with an air-cooling fan. SOLUTION: A thermal conductivity detector(TCD) cell 11 which includes a sample side cell and a reference side cell is mounted on a heat retaining block 13, the thermal conductivity detector cell 11 and the heat retaining block 13 are covered with a heat insulating material 15, and the outside of the heat insulating material 15 is surrounded with a cover 17 fitted with an air-cooling fan 18. When the fan 18 is driven, air is introduced from its opening and is discharged from the air delivery hole of a fan cover 19, thus the heat insulating material 15 can be air-cooled from the periphery. When the fan 18 is rotated, air is circulated in the cover 17 and the temperature of a TCD main body can be forcibly uniformized. As a result, the time until the temperature of the TCD is equilibrated can be reduced.
