PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device provided with analog buffer reduced in the fluctuation of an output voltage caused by the dispersion in electric characteristics. SOLUTION: This device has a signal line driving circuit in which an analog buffer 13 is provided to supply pixel data to a signal line. The buffer 13 has a source follower circuit 20, a first thin film transistor(TFT) switch 22 which is connected between a gate terminal of a TFT 21 in the circuit 20 and a power supply terminal V3, second and third TFT switches 23 and 24 which are serially connected between a source terminal of the TFT 21 and a pixel data input terminal, and a capacitor C1 which is connected between the connecting point of the switches 23 and 24 and the gate terminal of the TFT 21. The switches 22 to 24 are switch controlled so that the output voltage of the circuit 20 receives no adverse effect of a threshold voltage of the TFT 21.
