PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate data at a lower data error rate than that of a conventional circuit even under an environment where a phase change is caused in a received signal due to fading in a data discrimination method and its circuit where data are discriminated on the basis of a phase component extracted from the received signal in radio communication in which fading takes place on a propagation path. SOLUTION: A discrimination device 12 of each signal route applies data discrimination to a plurality of received signals which are delayed by delay elements 11 on the basis of a clock signal outputted from a clock synchronization circuit. A logic circuit 14 receives a signal outputted from each discrimination device 12, detects a phase of the received signals on the basis of the polarity of the signals to select optimum discrimination data. Thus, even when a phase change in the received signals is recognized due to fading of a propagation path, an increased data error rate caused by deviation in a discrimination point on a time base can be prevented.
