PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communicating method capable of improving an S/N, a data communication system and a recording medium on which a data communication program is recorded. SOLUTION: When the controlling part 14 of a transmission side modem 11 executes transmission processing routine, a 8-bit extended bit band having the same information as the each bit and an inverted bit band obtained by inverting it are formed from transmission side terminal data, and they are superposed on a carrier by an RF unit 16. And, the RF unit 16 of the opposite modem 11 and an A/D converter 15 generates reception data, a part corresponding to the inverted bit band in the reception data is eliminated, and information is extracted from a central bit of a part corresponding to the extended bit band to generate receiving side terminal data.
