PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent problems on a mounting position of a cutoff valve caused by an earthquake and the like by mounting a cutoff valve fixing part on a side surface or a bottom surface of a water tank and mounting a feed water outlet port from the cutoff valve on the same plane as a mounting surface of the cutoff valve fixing part through an elbow tube. SOLUTION: In an assembled water tank comprising a side surface 1 and a bottom surface 2 respectively formed by the panel unit bodies, an emergency cutoff valve 3 is installed on the bottom surface with the piping connection that a feed water outlet port 5 of the emergency cutoff valve 3 is mounted on the bottom surface 2 through an elbow tube 6, and the water is fed to the outside of the water tank through a short pipe 11 and a steel pipe. A cutoff valve fixing part 4 is mounted on the bottom surface 2 with a bolt and a nut. By mounting the fixing part 4 of the cutoff valve 3 and the feed water outlet port 5 on the same plane, the vibration caused by an earthquake can be totally received as the vibration same as the vibration of the mounting surface in the earthquake, whereby the problems such as the damage of the fixing part 4 can be prevented.
