The luminous sweet of the invention is comprised of a globe-shaped core made of caramel and situated at the extremity of a vertical stick which is hollow throughout its length and has internally an optical fiber which may or may not be covered and which is in contact by one of its extremities with the caramel globe-shaped core; the opposite extremity of the stick is introduced inside of a device intended to be held externally by the user and containing internally an elastic mass to retain the stick, an electric battery, a spring and a lamp in contact with the extremity of the optical fiber.
