The connection for the water and sewage pipes, on renovation of buildings, has a bridge holder channel (7,10) at the wall openings and/or across traffic zones within the building. They carry one or more carrier pipes under the floor levels, fitted into the existing concrete or prestressed concrete ceiling slabs. The longitudinal axis of these channels is parallel to the loose or tensed reinforcements in the concrete at the upper ceiling level. This longitudinal axis is on an alignment line with the tube bundle recess (1) with the layout of the channels in a prestressed concrete ceiling.
