The plastic U-shaped clip (1) has two arms (2,3) joined by a deformable bridge (4) which holds a parallel bridge-piece (14) on both sides of the bridge. The parallel bridge-piece and bridge are adjacent and restrict the deformability of the bridge in a reinforcement section (29) in the middle of the bridge. The bridge in the reinforcement section is outwardly curved with the parallel bridge piece on the inside of the curve. The front ends of the clip have catches. (19,20)
