A parenteral solution put in a plastic container and containing a pyrimidine antimetabolite, which is freed from adverse effects on the active ingredient, is not adversely affected in the safeness by other components added thereto, can be prepared by simple and easy operations, and is so stable as to little suffer from the discoloration of the antimetabolite even when stored at room temperature.
