The invented device is intended for underground laying and is formed by a container (6) with a cover (14) and a detachable holder of those assemblies that is located in the container (6). The container (6) has a first hollow portion (6a) and a transient portion (6b) narrowing toward the end and having the form of a cone or a hemisphere. Said transient portion (6a) having the form of a cone or a hemisphere is followed up with a second hollow portion (6c). The container (6) is covered by a cover (7) serving at the same time as a walk-on cover. The container (6) is placed on a tube (2) embedded in a foundation (1) and projecting from this foundation (1), whereby the second portion (6c) is put inside the tube (2).
