Method of returning fine dispersed solid substance removed by gas from a reactor tank and apparatus for making the same

In the present invention there is disclosed a method of returning fine dispersed solid substance (4) being removed from a reactor tank (1) by gas at the outlet of the reactor tank (1) back to return inlet (16) of the reactor tank (1). The invented method is characterized in that the solid substance (4) is separated in the solid substance separator (3), whereupon it is collected in a collecting vessel (8) from which it is carried by means of transport gas back into the reactor tank (1). In order to improve operation of the solid substance separator (3) without applying further load onto the reactor tank (1), an auxiliary flow (23) of gas, independent on the flow of gas within the reactor tank (1) is circulated by means of a gas circulation line (20) provided with a gas injector (21) through the solid substance separator (3). The apparatus for making the above described process further comprises a stilling zone (6) from which the gas circulation line (20) emanates.
