摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain excellent extrusion processibility, to realize simultaneously both low air-permeability and adhesion to a diene-based rubber and to improve mechanical strength and variation of physical properties before and after the vulcanization by kneading a functional group-vulcanizable rubber, a curing agent to cure it selectively and a carbon-carbon double bond-vulcanizable rubber at a temperature to cure the functional group-vulcanizable rubber. SOLUTION: With 100 pts.wt. of at least one functional group-vulcanizable rubber (A) are admixed 0-10 pts.wt. of an organic curing agent (B1) and/or 1-20 pts.wt. of an inorganic curing agent (B2) capable of selectively vulcanizing the functional group-vulcanizable rubber and 20-500 pts.wt. of a carbon-carbon double bond-vulcanizable rubber (C) and the resultant admixture is kneaded to vulcanize the component A selectively while kneading in the temperature range where the component A is vulcanized thereby obtaining a rubber composition. As the component B1 are exemplified polyamines, polycarboxylic acids, polyols, polyisocyanates, and as the component B2 are exemplified oxides, carbonates, hydroxides and the like of Mg, Zn, Ca, Ba and the like.
