SOLUTION: A plurality of cylindrical lugs 2 are fixed to protrude horizontally toward the outside of a container main body 1 at the given intervals on the outer periphery of the container main body 1, and the side of each of the lugs 2 separated from the container main body 1 is opened, and slits 2a extended in the axial line direction of the lug 2 are formed on the upper and lower sections in the vertical direction of the lug 2, and a lug supporting face 6a is formed on a lug supporting seat 6 set on a pedestal, on which the lug 2 is placed, and its contact face being in contact with the lug 2 is formed into the arc shape and an arc opening is opened wider toward the upward direction and larger than the diameter of the lug 2, and a fixing bolt 11 is so provided on the front face of the lug supporting seat 6 as to be revolved with the vertical face and inserted into the slits 2a of the lug 2 so that the lug 2 can be fixed on the lug supporting face 6a through a nut 13.
