<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment process for separating a waste material into components having their own effective uses while obtaining organic components usable as a charge fuel for a degassing process or a gasification process. SOLUTION: This treatment process comprises steps of: subjecting a waste material to mechanical pretreatment and drying; subjecting the resultant material to pre-crushing; subjecting the crushed material to magnetic separation to remove an iron-based metallic component; separating an organic component having 60-150 mm coarse piece size from the resulting crushed material by filtration to form a coarse fuel; further successively subjecting the remaining crushed material to drying, magnetic separation of iron-based metallic component, nonmetallic component separation and post-crushing; and further, subjecting the thus treated material to sieving and filtration to separate another organic component having 0-10 mm fine piece size and obtaining the fine organic components as a fine fuel.</p> |
