PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the high-frequency sealing properties, resistance to overtaxing use, pliability and the like and prevent noxious gas from being generated during incineration by forming an adhesive resin layer of a specific resin on both sides of a core layer comprising a saponified product of a polyamide or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and an outer layer consisting of a non-polar polyolefin. SOLUTION: At least a single layer of an adhesive resin layer composed mainly of an ethylene-ethylenically unsaturated ester copolymer and at least a single layer of an outer layer made up of a non-polar polyolefin, are formed on both sides of a core layer comprising a polyamide or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponified product (EVOH). For a polyamide, especially nylon 6 or a copolymer-type nylon is preferable from the viewpoint of workability and cost. For the EVOH, the one such as having routinely 20-60 mol% ethylene content and at least 60% degree of saponification is favorably acceptable. The desirable thickness of the laminate is 50-2,000μm and the ratio between the total thickness of the outer layer and the total thickness of the adhesive resin layer is preferably 0.01-2. Within this range, the layers can be welded especially in a short time.
