PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste flower clipper that has a simple structure and can prevent clipped waste flowers from falling down when clipped. SOLUTION: The cutting blades 2 for this clipper is constituted by assembling a couple of the blades 2a, 2b of the clipper body around the fulcrum shaft 4. Another blade 3a is attached to the blade body 2b through the fulcrum shaft 4 so that the blade 3a may be accompanied in parallel by the blade body 2b, while the blade 3a constitutes the waste flower nipper 3 in combination with the blade body 2b. Since the blade 3 is bent at its top end so that the top end may be laid on top of the blade body 2b, a waste flower can be nipped between the blade body 2b and the bent top 3b of the blade 3a and then cut by the clipper blades 2a and 2b. The blade body 2a of the clipper comes into contact with the waste flower after the flower is nipped with the blade 3a, the waste flower is inhibited from falling down, when it is cut off.
