FERTILIZER PRODUCTION IN RECYCLING SYSTEM OF CRUDE REFUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a fertilizer in a recycling system of crude refuse capable of speedily treating the crude refuse at a low cost without environmental destruction, and an apparatus for producing the fertilizer. SOLUTION: This process for producing the fertilizer has a classifying stage for classifying the crude refuse for fertilizer production from cooking left-overs, or the like, a pulverizing stage for pulverizing the classified crude refuse, a primary fermentation stage for agitating and fermenting the pulverized crude refuse and a secondary fermentation stage for compounding a fertilizer component and fermentation accelerator with the product produced in the primary fermentation stage. The waste of organic matter is preferably used as the fertilizer component.
