PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric opening/closing devices capable of being assembled efficiently and being easy to construct even though the devices use different control methods for different kinds and have different motor specifications. SOLUTION: Different kinds of electric opening/closing devices 30-32 have drives 12, 17, 18 for driving corresponding opening/closing parts 40-42 by individual driving methods that differ with the different kinds, and a control part 8 freely removably attached to the drives 12, 17, 18 for controlling the driving of the drives 12, 17, 18. The control part 8 has a reloadable storage region and the drives are controlled by a control procedure which follows a program downloaded and written into the region from the external via a signal line 5, which program corresponds to each kind.
