PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent a condensate from being generated in a storage shed for unpolished rice equipped with a rice polishing machine by setting an unpolished rice tank for storing unpolished rice, a rice polishing machine for polishing the unpolished rice and a polished rice receiving container for storing the polished rice in a low-temperature isulation chamber. SOLUTION: The low temperature storage shed 1 for unpolished rice stores an unhulled rice tank 2 for retaining unpolished rice, a rice polishing machine 3 for polishing the unpolished rice, a polished rice receiving container 4 for retaining polished rice and a bran receiving container 5 for storing rice bran, in a case 7 and at the same time, the interior of the case 7 is kept at a low temperature (15 deg.C or lower) using a cooling device 6. That is, the case 7 is molded into a boxlike structure consisting of an upper and a lower wall 7A, 7B, a right and a left side wall 7C and a front and a rear wall 7D, 7E. Further, each wall 7A-7F is formed of a heat insulating material. In a low temperature insulation chamber 8 inside the case 7, the unpolished rice tank 2, the polished rice receiving container 4 and the bran receiving container 5 are housed. In addition, a condensate receiver 28 for receiving moisture (drain water) condensed by a cooler 25 is arranged below the cooler 25 inside the low temperature insulation chamber 8.
