摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a kit for detecting the subject sequence in a sample by combining a pair of primers exponentially amplifying each nucleic acid containing a different change to be detected with a probe specific to a nucleic acid to be detected and a membrane for immobilizing an amplified product. SOLUTION: This kit for detecting a specific nucleotide sequence comprises two kinds of oligomer nucleotide primers for each nucleic acid containing a different change to be detected, in which an extended product synthesized from one primer, in the case of the extended product being separated from its complementary body, can function as a template for synthesizing an extended product of another primer and the primers can exponentially amplify the nucleic acid, a sequence specific probe which can be hybridized with the amplified nucleic acid sequence only in the case of a probe sequence being complementary to a certain region of the amplified sequence and has about 15 to about 25 base length striding over a nucleotide change to be detected and specific to the nucleotide change to be detected and a membrane to be connected to the amplified nucleic acid.
