PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding die which is a synthetic mold of mortar and a metal with remarkably improved strength and being rich in rigidity. SOLUTION: For this mold, a synthetic mold of mortar and a metal is obtd. by embedding steel-made fibers 14 in the neighborhood of an electrically cast shell 2 forming a designed face covering the bottom part of a mold main body 4 and pouring a highly fluid mortar 12 into a mold 13 from inlets 7 and 7 of a fitting plate 5 and solidifying it. The fibers 14 have a dimension ofϕof about 0.5×20 mm and are embedded in a position where tensile stress is concentrated in the highly fluid mortar 12 and the accumulated mixing ratio is pref. 10-20%.
