PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the works for attaching a fan to a fan storage part and removing the fan from the fan storage part. SOLUTION: A subfan storage part 18 for storing a subfan 19 and a duct mounting part 20 adjacent to the subfan storage part 18 are provided in a fan shroud 15. When the subfan 19 rotates and a negative pressure is generated, external air passes through the surrounding (air passage 43) of an ECU 42 from an intake duct 44 passes a duct 36 and the duct mounting part 20, and is sucked to the outside again. The ECU 42 is cooled by the air flowing in this way. An air introducing plate 31 for promoting the generation of negative pressure of the duct mounting part 20 when the subfan 19 rotates is provided in the fan shroud 15. This air introducing plate 31 is formed so as not to cover an outer shape of the subfan storage part 18.
