PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage and peeling by making the thickness of an adhesive uniform by specifying the flatness of the bonding surface of a ceramic plate and the tip part of a metal plate. SOLUTION: In the blade 1, a zirconia plate 3 is bonded to the tip side surface of a metal plate 2, the plate 3 has an edge 3a, and by scraping off a coating agent on paper while extending it with the use of the blade 1, the coating agent is applied on the paper. The main body of the blade 1 is made the metal plate 2, and the ceramic plate 3 is bonded to the metal plate 2 entirely with an adhesive to be fixed. The flatness of the bonding surface of the plate 3 is adjusted in advance to be 0.5 mm or below 50 mm of length. For example, the target flatness is attained by annealing after ordinary burning.
