PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely roll asphalt compound sprayed downward of an obstacle even when the obstacle such as a guard rail exists in an operating handle of a road roller. SOLUTION: A bearing member 4 opened downward is fixed to the lower part of the rear end of a miniaturized road roller 1, the horizontal lower end 2a of an operating handle 2 is inserted in both right and left directions through a rubber sleeve in a rotational manner, and asphalt compound downward of an obstacle such as guard rail or the like is rolled. In that case, the operating handle 2 is tilted to carry out rolling work while inserting the road roller 1 in a lower space section of the obstacle and, at the same time, it is made to pass through the guard rail to make it possible to carry out rolling work of the neighboring road or the like.
