PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cylindrical connecting device from stopping in the sliding section when the cylindrical connecting device is pulled out by surrounding the cylindrical sliding section in an internal cylinder in a manner to be closely joined to the internal cylinder. SOLUTION: A packaging body 1 is constituted of a container 2 having an opening 4, and a cylindrical connecting device 6 which is combined with the opening 4. The cylindrical connecting device 6 is provided to automatically vend a specified liquid from the packaging body 1 by dividing the liquid into a portion for each discharging. In this example, a liquid having a viscosity such as a coffee extracted liquid, is enclosed in the packaging body 1. The connecting device is constituted of an external cylinder and an internal cylinder which are manufactured of a flexible material. The internal cylinder is incorporated in the external cylinder in such a manner that the internal cylinder can slide under a nesting style from a first state to a second state. Under the first state, the whole bodies each of the internal cylinder and the external cylinder are located in the internal space of the container 2. When the internal cylinder is pulled, and then, a lip is further pulled, a collar passes the opening section 4, and the collar deforms. This state is the second state.
