PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wet paper for sanitation in relation to the wet paper for sanitation mainly intended for females in order to keep the pudendum, insanitary sites and sensitive sites clean and impart a refreshing feeling and also capable of cleaning the anus, the armpit, etc. regardless of males or females. SOLUTION: This wet paper for the pudendum and insanitary sites is obtained by dissolving a suitable amount of a germicide, a deodorant, a deodorizer, an antifungal agent, a detergent and agents capable of providing cleaning effects and a refreshing feeling or a solution of a chemical agent, a natural extracted agent derived from plants, an agent, etc. derived from the plants in clean water or an organic solvent or a mixture solution of the clean water with the organic solvent and wetting a water-soluble paper or a water-soluble paper of a sheet such as polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) containing the water-soluble paper wrapped in an inner surface or a sheetlike material such as synthetic fibers or a nonwoven fabric to be a substrate in stead of a usual pulp paper with the resultant solution.
