PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lengthen the service life of a bearing, and to stabilize rotational torque by stably rotating a roller by being bilaterally symmetrically guided at operation time. SOLUTION: This invention is applied to a thrust needle-like roller bearing composed of a roller 1 and a cage 2 or a thrust needle-like bearing added with a bearing ring to this bearing. Roller guide parts 4 are arranged in a plurality side by side in the cage radial direction on a side surface in a pocket 3 of the cage 2. These roller guide parts 4, 4 are arranged so as to become symmetrical to a central position 1a of the roller 1 being in an operation state, that is, in a position where a roller end surface contacts with the pocket outside diameter end.
