摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the subject film containing a small amount of silicon oxide fine particles the surface of which is covered with an organic cross-linked polymer, having a uniform surface and excellent in slip properties and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION:An objective film containing 0.001-4wt.% silicon oxide particles having 0.05-5mum, preferably 0.1-2mum average particle size and having the surface covered with an organic cross-linked polymer.
