PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft polypropylene polymer composition which exerts well balanced physical properties such as transparency, flexibility, heat-sealing property, blocking resistance, impact resistance, etc., and a molded article prepared from this. SOLUTION: A composition is prepared by blending a propylene random copolymer and a noncrystalα-olefin copolymer in a weight ratio of from 90/10 to 10/90, wherein the propylene random copolymer consists of from 90 to 99 mol% propylene, from 0.5 to 9 mol% ethylene and from 0 to 9.5 mol% otherα-olefin, and the intrinsic viscosity is from 0.5 to 6 dl/g. Furthermore, the noncrystalα-olefin copolymer contains 20 mol% or more 3-20Cα-olefin, and is especially preferably a noncrystal propylene/ethylene copolymer. This copolymer has a glass transition temperature of 40 deg.C or below and a ratio of a weight average molecular weight to a number average molecular weight of 4 or smaller. The composition may further comprise a crystal nucleating agent, which further improves the transparency.
