PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the opening of a cover and easily release the opening control state by using a string-shaped member. SOLUTION: A holder 10 is constituted of a cover 15 with a front cover 11 and a back cover 13 formed continuously to the front cover 11, a storage body 16 formed on the inner face side of the front cover 15 and a rubber string- shaped member 17 wound around the outer face side of the front cover 15. The end 17A of the rubber string 17 is inserted into the face formed of the front cover 11 and the back cover 13 and fixed through a plate-shaped member 25. The opening of the front cover 15 is controlled by the rubber string 17 in the state of being so wound around as to cross the free end of the front cover 15, while the front cover is allowed to open when being released off from the free end.
