PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing tidying up by the adhesion of 'magic tape (R)' attached to footwear and protecting the 'magic tape (R)' from dust and mud. SOLUTION: Loop type 'magic tape (R)' 7 and 11 are attached to left and right inner sides of a footwear and tidying up is performed by the adhesion. A left hook type 'magic tape (R)' 9 is adhered to the left loop layer 'magic tape (R)' 7, a right loop type 'magic tape (R)' 13 is adhered to the right hook type 'magic tape (R)' 11 and the dust and the mud are prevented from sticking to the 'magic tape (R)' by a left cover belt 8 and a right cover belt 12.
