SOLUTION: A muddy water tank 100 is provided with body side faces 101 divided into the equal shapes, and flange sections 102 provided on the body side faces 101 are butted one another, and bolts 103 and the like are used for the flange sections 102 in the formation of the structure of the muddy water tank 100. A step 201 so disposed as to be wound around upwardly is provided along the side face of the muddy water tank 100.
