PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a mechanical pencil not throwing away refills by deforming an outlet for refills. SOLUTION: A refill container 2 is filled with spare refills 11 closed by a cover 1 in a case 3 and fixed together with a refill presser 6. Refills are pressed by a refill presser cover 7 and the refill presser 6, and a spring 8 is set between a fixed section 12 and a refill container 2, and a deformed refill outlet 5 is formed.
