PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to safely lift up a nursed person smoothly and easily, transfer him/her from bed to a wheelchair or chair, or do reversely by having a pair of engagement part, which engages on a pair of locking parts attachabley and detachabley, and a front face holding body, which is set on the locking part, the engagement part or a crotch holding part. SOLUTION: By turning a nursed person 13 on his side who lies on his/her back and opening a transfer for nursing 15, the right edge part of transfer body 3 is shrunk and pressed to the hip parts. Then, by turning him/her to the transfer for nursing 15 side and letting him/her lie on his/her back and stretching out a right side locking part 5a, the transfer for nursing 15 is placed under his/her hip parts. Next, by inserting a left side engagement part 6b to the right side locking part 5a through the crotch of nursed person 13 and, inserting a right side engagement part 6a to a left side locking part 5b, grips 7a, 7b which are the tops of the engagement part 6a, 6b, are overlapped. Then, by rising the upper half of the body on the bed, holding the grip 4a of back face holding body 4 with the left hand of a nursing person, gripping a pair of grips 7a, 7b with the nursing person's right hand concurrently, and throwing both arms of nursed person 13 round the nursing person's neck, the hip parts of nursed person are lifted up.
