The present invention relates to a toothbrush that comprises a head (1) with bristles (2) as well as a handle (5) with a tip (6). A portion at least of the surface of the handle (5) and/or head (1) comprises protrusions (3) and recesses (4) defining thereon the image of a stylised figure. In order to have the shape of a stylised figure, the handle (5) comprises at least one regular curve (7) and has a cross section that changes in configuration and dimensions along its entire length (I2).
