Said extraction chamber (1) consists of two mobile parts (2, 3) in a horizontal plane, a mobile part or half-chamber (3) is designed for the input of hot water so as to be spaced or brought closer to each other to open or close the extraction chamber with the vertical spray (8) and the other mobile part or half-chamber (2) is provided with a vertical filter (7) for receiving and delivering the coffee.
