PURPOSE: A system for managing data service by radio and method for the same are provided to allow a manager to monitor overall states and errors of a system via a PC or a notebook computer though the manager locates remote from the system, by adding a microprocessor circuit data processor assembly(m-CDPA) into a general inter-working function(IWF) device. CONSTITUTION: FRICC, FRIL2 and FRIL3 are software blocks that respectively process a link between an IWF device and ASS-F of a switch station, call and packet. A CDICC and MDMCC are software blocks that process a call in the IWF device and manage resources therein. respectively. If a procedure for setting up a protocol between a mobile terminal and a CDPA is completed(S1-S18) and a TCP/IP is enabled, the MDMCC analyzes a receipt number. If the receipt number is a predetermined specific one that represents a call for a system monitor, the MDMCC activates the m-CDPA and then connects a modem allocated for a practical data traffic and a modem in the m-CDPA(S19-S24). Thus, a monitor task according to the activation of the m-CDPA allows a monitor control task to process an input and output addresses of a board. |
