PURPOSE: A recording medium to read an advertisement and an informational data with a shared computer is provided to operate a screen saving function and to display the previously inputted advertisement and the informational data through the recording medium when the screen saving function for protecting a monitor and saving a power in a waiting state without using for a regular time. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement and an informational data is generated and recorded. A recording medium embedded the advertisement and the informational data is inputted in a ROM or a disc driver of a computer. A waiting time, the advertisement and the informational data recorded in a recording medium are set to randomly or sequentially displayed through a program to perform a screen saving function inside the computer. When the set waiting time is passed, the screen saving function is performed, the advertisement and the informational data are displayed through a monitor and a sound data is outputted with a speaker. Thereby the advertisement and the informational data contained inside the recording medium are called when the screen saving function is performed.
