PURPOSE: An E-commerce system is provided, so that a seller can flexibly fix prices according to a demand and a supply, and to supply fixed price information to potential buyers. CONSTITUTION: An E-commerce system performing commercial dealings between a buyer's purchasing system and a seller's selling system through a network, comprises a product database and a processing server. The product database stores product information. The product information has codes presenting price change models. The price change models change corresponding product prices, according to product codes of selling products. The processing server resets up a corresponding product's price as time goes by, on the basis of the price change models. The processing server supplies price information to the buyer in real time to perform product dealings.
