PURPOSE: A protecting device for preventing a fall of children in a rail of balcony is provided to secure a safe by protecting children from a fail of balcony and to raise a convenience of user by simply installing and dismantling in the rail of balcony as occasion demands. CONSTITUTION: An installing ironware(30) is inserted an inserting portion(31) in a upper part of a balcony rail(1). The inserting portion(31) and a ground plate(32) are tightened with a combining bolt(33) penetrating lower parts of vertical pillars(11) in a fixing frame(10). The lower parts of vertical pillars(11) are settled in the upper part of the balcony rail(1). Thereby the fixing frame(10) is installed by extending in the upper part of balcony rail(1) to be able to install and remove. Because a blocking and protecting film(20) inside the fixing frame(10) is located in the upper part of the balcony rail(1), a falling safety accident is prevented by blocking children to hang or to pass over the rail(1) of balcony.
