PURPOSE: A brokerage method and system for real estate trade and lease using internet is provided to reduce real estate agency fee by enabling a real estate agent to do real estate agency without a real estate agency office by doing agency of real estate trade and lease through internet network. CONSTITUTION: A brokerage method and system for real estate trade and lease using internet includes several steps. A first step is that a person who intends to sell or rent a real estate connects to a homepage which is operated in operator server by using a first user computer and inputs information such as location, size, number of story and price(S210). A second step is to classify the inputted real estate information by location, type, price and size and store them in database of the operator server together with real estate agent who takes charge of the location of the classified real estate(S220). A third step is to transmit real estate information classified by location to computer of the agent(S230). A fourth step is that a person who intends to purchase or rent the real estate connects to the homepage by using a second user computer and selects single or plural real estate by considering location and price of the real estate and makes contact with the selected agent and prepares for contract(S240). A fifth step is to conclude trade or lease for the real estate(S250).
